  • Ongoing optimization and support based on your plan

We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

1.2 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely access needed to deliver services

  • Use our services lawfully and not for fraud, abuse, or harassment

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse our systems

1.3 Payments & Billing

  • Services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Setup fees may apply and are due before work begins (or as stated in your invoice)

  • Late or failed payments may result in paused or terminated services

  • Pricing may change with notice

1.4 No Guarantee of Results

    Results depend on many factors outside our control.

1.5 Intellectual Property

  • Custom work remains the property of ANR Digital Media until full payment is received

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or reuse our systems/templates outside your business without written permission

1.6 Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Make.com, OpenAI, Twilio, CRMs, calendars, payment processors). We are not responsible for:

  • Outages or downtime

  • API changes or limitations

  • Errors or service interruptions caused by third parties

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANR Digital Media will not be liable for:

  • Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Data loss or business interruption caused by third parties
